Your project, your way

We tailor our commercial model to your project. Our extensive portfolio includes lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) options to drive complete surety of cost and schedule. Convertible models combine reimbursable and lump sum elements. And at the other end of the spectrum we support clients on a reimbursable basis to fast-track projects, typically saving 8-10 months on schedule by integrating front-end engineering design and EPC.

Climate change presents the challenge of an era. Across all projects, decarbonisation is an inescapable theme. We have set our own target to achieve Net Zero by 2030, and we’re actively supporting our clients in their lower-carbon ambitions by:
- designing out waste and carbon through value engineering, standardisation, and smart modularisation
- engaging our supply chain to address embodied carbon
- designing for low carbon construction execution including use of renewable power, activity sequencing and operational optimisation
