Petrofac Academy

Petrofac Academy is our in-house centre of excellence for employee development.
Over the years, Petrofac Academy has introduced and successfully conducted many employee development initiatives, leadership development programmes, our graduate development programme, and a host of technical and non-technical training courses.

In-person and now online. We offer all employees access to various flexible resources, including eLearning, videos, webcasts, podcasts, and blogs.

Project Management Programme

Our flagship academy programme, the Project Management Programme, is tailor-made for Petrofac and is guaranteed to build core capabilities for achieving excellence in project delivery. This hybrid course provides practical expertise, simulations, and in-depth case studies to support and further your project management career.
