At its core is a compliance engine that allows you to assign requirements based on roles, types, locations, assets, grade levels and more. The platform provides the ability to track training from request to completion; recording, managing, and coordinating all your organisation’s learning and competence activities in one place.

Built-in key performance indicators help you track learning and competence performance – and highlight when and where there are gaps that need addressing.

It stores fully auditable records that are available on and offline, significantly reducing the administrative burden of managing complex competency processes. Mobile-device friendly, it supports paperless assessments and assessor verification processes, onsite, offsite and offshore.

Workforce Planning Module (WFP)

This module coordinates the right mix of skills and competence across complex shift patterns, offering simple dashboard reports to summarise rotas and the competence data across your assets.

Training Management System (TMS)

This self-service training management system coordinates practical training. Implemented alongside the Workforce Planning module it can identify training opportunities in line with your workforce schedules.

It automatically highlights missing and expired certifications and holds all training-related travel, accommodation and financial information, helping organisations manage the administration associated with training coordination.

Competence Management System (CMS)

This fast, efficient and automated competence management system stores the competence frameworks and role-based profiles of your workforce. Mobile-device friendly, it supports paperless assessments and assessor verification processes, onsite, offsite and offshore.

Learning Management System (LMS)
