Petrofac supports child safety car seats campaign - your child, your responsibility

Petrofac, the international oil & gas facilities service provider, is pleased to announce its support as gold sponsor for Your Child, Your Responsibility. This Sharjah-led safety campaign is under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs.

Predominantly reaching out to Sharjah residents, the campaign team will be working closely with the local community, through a variety of activities such as lectures, workshops and advertising, to raise awareness around the importance of using car seats to keep young children safe.

Petrofac’s group chief operating officer, Maroun Semaan, said: “Safety is integral to our own activities and our involvement with this initiative is a logical next step from the recent “road safety, it’s no accident” campaign we undertook with Sharjah Police. We have a significant presence in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. With our employees and their families travelling in and around the Emirates, their safety and well-being is a priority for us.”
