Petrofac has once again been recognised as one of the world’s most attractive employers, after appearing on LinkedIn’s 2015 list of 100 Most InDemand employers for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
The award follows another successful year for Petrofac on the world’s largest professional online network, having been named one of LinkedIn’s top 20 most influential UK brands in August for the second year in a row and recently reaching 240,000 followers.
The rankings show the most sought after companies in EMEA and were created by analysing interactions between LinkedIn’s 380 million members worldwide and company profiles. LinkedIn took into consideration its members’ behaviours and engagement with our brand on the platform, such as how many people follow us; comment, like or share our posts; view and apply for jobs; and the number who have viewed Petrofac employees’ profiles or connected with them.
Petrofac appears on the list at number 50 alongside global brands such as Apple and Unilever, and other oil and gas companies such as Shell and BP. 18% of the companies listed represented the oil and energy industry.
