Petrofac employees support humanitarian effort in Philippines

Petrofac, the international oil & gas service provider, welcomed senior representatives from the Red Crescent in its offices on 6 March 2012, to present a donation in support of the ongoing humanitarian and aid programme for victims of the recent flash flooding and landslides in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines.

In the wake of natural disasters around the world, Petrofac’s employees have always been extremely generous in responding, supporting victims of the Haiti and Indonesia earthquakes, typhoons in the Philippines and flood victims in Pakistan to name just a small number. 

In support of the Philippines crisis, employees in all Petrofac’s UAE locations, supported by match funding from the business, raised almost US$80,000 towards the aid programme.
