Petrofac employee appointed honorary professor at Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai

Petrofac’s Mumbai-based Lakshmi Venkatesh, assistant general manager - process, has recently been appointed honorary professor at the Institute of Chemical Technology, (formerly UDCT) Mumbai.

Having graduated from Mumbai University in 1983, the appointment recognises Lakshmi’s accomplishments and commitment to her discipline over her career. An excellent role model, particularly for our graduates, Lakshmi willingly shares her experience and knowledge through Petrofac’s mentoring programmes as well as a variety of industry-specific speaker platforms.

Petrofac has long-standing relationships and ongoing graduate recruitment programmes with many universities around the world. Additionally, many of our employees also continue to maintain active roles with the universities from where they graduated.

Lakshmi’s achievement is a great accolade and sets an excellent example for all of us.
