Petrofac and Energy Institute Young Professionals Network partner up

Petrofac has partnered with the Energy Institute Young Professionals Network (EIYPN) to support the Network’s annual events calendar, aimed at building industry links.

As the primary sponsor, Petrofac is providing an opportunity for the membership, comprising young professionals, to network whilst developing personally and professionally. The launch event, the EIYPN annual dinner and ceilidh takes place tonight.

Andrew Ferguson, Vice President, Europe of Petrofac’s Offshore Projects and Operations business, is the after dinner speaker at the event. He will be sharing his insights from a career spanning more than two decades with the gathering. Andrew said: “I am thoroughly looking forward to addressing the EIYPN tonight as we bring young professionals together from across all specialisms in the energy industry.

“Sharing industry experiences and best practice is key to development and I aim to provide an insight into the opportunities our industry offers, alongside the innovations and challenges we are seeing.

“This is the first of several networking events organised by the EIYPN committee and the team at Petrofac is looking forward to our association over the coming 12 months.”

EIYPN Chairman, David Will said: “We are delighted to have Petrofac on board and look forward to a fruitful relationship and hearing more about their take on the industry.”

The annual dinner and ceilidh will take place at the Marcliffe Hotel & Spa in Aberdeen.
