India offices welcome 2013 graduate engineer trainees

Our India offices recently welcomed their Graduate Engineer Trainees for this year’s 2013 programme.

More than 60 graduates at our Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi offices will be trained in the following engineering disciplines:

• piping
• civil and structural
• electrical
• mechanical
• instrumentation
• process
• projects

As part of their initial orientation, all the graduate engineers undertook a detailed induction programme to introduce them to the various engineering disciplines and their departments.

Over the next year, the graduates will follow an extensive training plan encompassing both technical and soft skills development. Graduates will undertake classroom and on-the-job training, which includes working on live projects and proposals.

Mentors have also been assigned to all the graduates, along with a ‘buddy’ who will support them and help them integrate into the business.
