Double success for OPO Human Resources team at cHeRries Awards

Two members of the OPO Human Resources team have won their category at the cHeRries Awards, an annual industry HR award ceremony for the North East of Scotland.

Amy Don, Senior HR Co-ordinator, won the ‘cHeRries Blossoming Award’ which is aimed at HR professionals at an early stage in their careers who are demonstrating great performance and potential. As part of the award she will receive funding to complete her MSc in HR at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

Louise Mackie won the ‘Fantastic HR Advisor Award’, which was a great achievement in the face of some very stiff competition from other companies this year.

The cHeRries awards are now in their sixth year and were established to celebrate ‘individuals and teams who have delivered excellence in the field of human resources in the Grampian and North East area’.
