Appointment of Bill Dunnett

Petrofac, the international oil & gas facilities service provider, announces the appointment of William (Bill) Dunnett as executive vice president, Petrofac Energy Developments.

Dunnett brings over 20 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry having worked for organisations including Mobil, Shell &, since 2000, in a number of executive positions within Halliburton and KBR, most recently with responsibility for all strategic business with Shell. During his time at KBR, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he took responsibility for restructuring the Barracuda & Caratinga project, a major turn key deepwater, two floating production, storage and offloading vessel contract. Prior to that, Dunnett was responsible for Halliburton Kbrandrsquo;s Global Operations & Maintenance (part of which is now known as Production Services Network) and Capital Project Operations.

With effect from 1 October 2007, Dunnett will take responsibility for asset development within Petrofac Energy Developments, including leading the project management of the greater Don area in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf. Dunnett’s extensive experience in the execution of development projects and in managing asset integrity issues will help extend Petrofac’s contribution to realising incremental value for customers and partners.

Dunnett is married, with two daughters, and will be based in Aberdeen, UK.
