Petrofac supports Kuwait Oil Company’s first annual Project Management Conference

Demonstrating our continued support, and building upon our long history in Kuwait, Petrofac is a platinum sponsor of Kuwait Oil Company’s first annual Project Management Best Practice Acquired Knowledge Conference and Exhibition for the oil and gas industry, this week in Kuwait.

The two-day strategic conference provides an ideal platform for knowledge sharing to achieve the best outcomes for projects in Kuwait.
Speaking at the conference, E.S. Sathyanarayanan, Group Managing Director, Engineering and Construction - UAE, Kuwait and North Africa will demonstrate how Petrofac is committed to ‘cost optimisation in CAPEX projects’ through identifying opportunities to reduce owners’ initial capital outlay for upstream oil and gas facilities, whilst ensuring safety remains our number one value.

Mark Denham, Completions Director, is presenting how to ‘manage risk within commissioning activities’ through fully understanding the nature of commissioning, including understanding the potential risks and ensuring the development of experienced and competent personnel.
