Al Mazrui becomes strategic investor in Petrofac

Petrofac announces that Al Mazrui International has completed its investment in Petrofac HoldCo Limited, the holding company of Petrofac Emirates LLC SPC, becoming a strategic investor alongside the existing investor group.

Al-Mazrui brings significant regional expertise and a strong track record of investing in businesses that support the UAE’s industrial and energy sectors.
