But inclusion, and its opposite to feel or consider ourselves to be excluded from a group, is a serious matter.

Studies show that the more diverse and inclusive an organisation is, the higher their levels of productivity and profit. Inclusion is strongly linked to faster and better decision-making, to innovation and to employee engagement and wellbeing.
