We empower our staff-led O&M management teams to create an aligned and collaborative delivery culture for every contract. This includes having visibility of activity, improving engagement, listening to feedback, and proactively managing the tools that support reporting, communication and collaboration.

We can provide skilled people for you quickly, no matter where you need them, by using local resource pools. And our familiarity with the administration of flights, in-country transport, security, accommodation and VISA processes means people arrive where they are needed without problems.

In the last 10 years, we have successfully integrated over 2,400 people into client operations in the UKCS alone.

We also draw upon our competency assurance services to ensure we have the right people in the right roles, supported by plans to ensure their long term development. Our Competent Person Profile framework defines the capabilities our people need to succeed, and acts as our method of achieving, maintaining, improving and demonstrating competence.
