Yes, you can have your dividend paid in UK Sterling or US Dollars.
Dividends declared by the company will be in US Dollars but with a UK Sterling equivalent which will be calculated based upon the exchange rate announced after the dividend record date. Dividends will be paid in UK Sterling unless you elect to receive it in US Dollars.
All shareholders can elect to be paid their dividend in US Dollars.
To make a currency election, please complete the currency election form and return it to Equiniti. If you have already completed a currency election form or can't locate the form sent to you, contact Equiniti.
Yes, you can have your dividend paid into your UK bank account by Direct Credit.
PLEASE NOTE that only UK Sterling dividend payments can be made by Direct Credit into your bank account.
If you elect for your dividend to be paid in US Dollars a dividend warrant (cheque) will be sent to your bank.
Private shareholders
Download the dividend mandate form. Complete the form and send it to Equiniti, giving:

Write to Equiniti to notify them that the share certificate(s) is/are missing. You should state:

In order to carry out a private share transfer, please download and complete the stock transfer form and send it to Equiniti with the share certificate(s) covering at least the number of shares to be transferred.
