Women in engineering serve as role models. Their achievements and contributions help reshape the perception of engineering as a man’s world and encourage more young women to pursue STEM careers. By improving representation for women, our industry will benefit from diversity of thought and approach, leading to improved ways of working and a range of innovative ideas that can make a real difference in the world.
