Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out the behaviours that we expect from our employees and everyone we work with, from partners to agents and suppliers. The Code also demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that Petrofac does not resort to illegal, unethical or unsafe means to acheive its goals or compromise its commitment to protecting people and the environment in its business activities.

We ask all our employees, partners and sub-contractors to acknowledge the Code and provide training on it.

Our current Code covers areas such as:

  • speaking up (our whistle blowing policy)
  • bribery and corruption
  • interaction with communities
  • conflicts of interest
  • political activities
  • equal opportunities
  • bullying and harassment
  • health and safety environment
  • employee share dealing
