Applications for our Woking graduate recruitment programme open in October 2013.
The graduate training programme in Woking is part of the Continuous Professional Development plan and aims to support graduates to achieve Chartered Engineer status or equivalent. Our two-year programme consists of on-the-job training, internal and external training courses, mentoring and a graduate rotation scheme.
Typically, we recruit graduates in the following disciplines and applicants’ qualifications must also meet the following requirements;
- process – Masters degree in this discipline that is accredited by the Institute of Chemical Engineering
- safety – Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. Those graduates that have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering must have taken the Msc in Safety and Loss Prevention
- pipelines – Msc in Subsea Pipelines Electrical – Masters degree that is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology or the Institute of Measurement and Control
- instrumentation and control - Masters degree that is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology or the Institute of Measurement and Control
- mechanical – Masters degree in this discipline that is accredited by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers
- civil/structural – Masters degree in this discipline that is accredited by the Institute of Civil/Structural Engineers
- piping materials – Masters degree in Materials, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering followed by an Msc in Materials
