We have a wealth of experience in oil and gas plant design, construction and operation supported by a strong multi-region process engineering capability. Our services cover discrete process studies or are included within multi-discipline concept studies, FEED or EPC projects.
Our extensive experience of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities covers both greenfield and brownfield projects.
We offer expertise in all aspects of crude oil separation and processing covering a range of impurities (such as salts, H2S), production chemistry issues and individual crude oil transport properties. We can also address the necessary requirements of processing the gas associated with the crude oil for export, injection, disposal or gas lift as required for each individual project.
For gas processing facilities a number of processing units will be required depending on the gas composition and export specifications. We are adept at integrating processes as required to deliver the optimum technical and economic solution. Our expertise and experience includes addressing sour gas, mercaptans, mercury, NGL/LPG recovery and CO2 recovery and disposal.
Process studies and project delivery
We have executed studies, FEED and EPC projects for major oil plant and gas plant facilities around the world. Hence we understand industry and local practices as well as international codes and standards enabling us to fast-track projects as required.
Process studies are often initiated by changes in market conditions, changes in reservoir performance or environmental legislation. Plant upgrade, debottlenecking and modification studies enable our customers to extract further value from their existing assets.
