SPD Secures First WellAtlas Contract

SPD, part of Petrofac Production Solutions, announces that it has secured its first contract and implementation of its drilling management software programme, WellAtlas®, to an independent oil & gas development and production company in Aberdeen.
The customer has purchased the LessonsAtlas® module, which will enhance its existing management systems, processes and procedures, thanks to a number of unique and innovative benefits. These include: full integration of any Lessons Learned or Risk Registers; auditable trail of associated actions available for scrutiny; and consistency and flexibility of delivery across all platforms.
The software has been fully configured for the customer to ensure that all elements of the package are tailored for maximum benefit. Specifically, the software provides a simple user interface, through which all aspects of the well delivery process, such as intuitive input grids, an ability to conduct extensive data analysis, and a comprehensive suite of configurable reports, are integrated.
SPD will provide software support, technical assistance, training and coaching, throughout the two-year contract.
