Located in DLF Infocity, Petrofac Engineering and Consulting Services India provides engineering services to onshore and offshore projects and proposals across the Petrofac Group. The operational centre was established in 2007 with a handful of technical resources and has since grown to employ more than 1,000 employees, comprising project and engineering managers, engineers, designers and 3D modellers.
Our multi-discipline expertise allows us to support projects and proposal activities across the business. We have the capacity to perform the following engineering disciplines; process, loss prevention, mechanical (static/ rotary/HVAC, civil and structural, piping and pipelines, electrical, instrumentation and telecoms). Our offering has seen us execute projects across many geographies and technical sectors, such as the Shell Majnoon project in Iraq and the In Salah Southern Firleds project in Algeria. Our personnel regularly mobilise to other operational centres and site locations to ensure our delivery goals can be achieved. Today, we have more than 200 engineers assigned to Petrofac locations.
We are a centre of engineering excellence for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects from concept to commissioning.
