Meet our people

We recognise that our employees are our most important asset. More than 18,000 people work for the Group across the globe, and without them there simply wouldn't be a Petrofac.

Our people represent the diverse communities in which we operate. Where possible we aim to recruit locally and we understand the importance of training and development. The health, safety and security of our people is of paramount importance to our Company and various measures and initiatives are in place throughout our business to safeguard these.

Every second of every day our people are at work in offices, offshore and at sites all over the world. In addition to a network of 24 country offices, Petrofac has key operating centres in Sharjah, Mumbai, Aberdeen, Woking, Chennai, Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur. It is this global spread that enables us to deliver a highly responsive and cost-efficient service to our customers - the world's leading integrated, independent and national oil companies.

Whatever technologies we may use, people remain at the heart of our achievements. From the moment we started as a small business, we knew we had to offer our customers an innovative service, go the extra mile and take full responsibility for every project. This is the Petrofac way, we believe this focus makes us stand out in our market, and our people embody this approach in all that they do, every day.

Important notice about social networking sites:

Please be aware that Petrofac’s senior executives do not use social networking sites to conduct Petrofac business. If you receive an unsolicited approach from someone purporting to be a senior Petrofac executive asking for a meeting or for your personal information, it is likely to be fraudulent. You can report any such approaches or confirm their authenticity by emailing communications@petrofac.com
