Using our ability, knowledge and expertise, we have taken responsibility for the operation and maintenance of some of the most up-to-date metering systems in operation in the North Sea. Our multi-disciplined team of consultants, engineers and technicians provides a full range of services to our clients in support of flow measurement systems and allocation.

Petrofac Metering and Allocation Services provide a modular approach.

This flexibility allow our services to be matched accurately to each customer’s requirements. Currently Petrofac offer 11 fully supported metering and allocation modules, including: 

• Metering and Allocation system consultancy 
• Metering and Allocation system software (PARIS v5.0) 
• Design and configuration of Allocation requirements 
• Metering system operations and maintenance services, including personnel 
• Liaison with Government agencies, field partners & pipeline operators on flow measurement issues 
• Production of procedures for commissioning, operation and maintenance of systems and client specifications for tenders 
• Witness of Factory Acceptance Tests and producing reports

• Independent auditing and reports on measurement system performance 
• Studies and resolution of flow measurement problems 
• Training of personnel in theoretical and practical skills
