People
Petrofac is a people business. We currently have more than 9,500 people in our organisation and they are our most valuable asset. It is our people that create Petrofac’s competitive edge and ensure that our customers’ expectations are exceeded.
As an international organisation, Petrofac believes that its workforce, management and recruitment policies should reflect the diverse communities in which we operate. During 2007 our employee numbers rose by approximately 1,700 and we have been steadily growing our graduate in-take within the organistion, with 167 graduates recruited in 2007, (2006: c.100) from Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
